Return Policy：

For 14 days after the date of purchase, return your undamaged our store product and receive refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or the ebike/escooter must have less than five (5) mileson the odometer, it and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No refunds will be given if returned not in the original box.【Returns require undamaged original packaging with all accessories, and photos for customer service approval.】

Returns are not allowed after 14 days of the delivery date.

Main components 6-month warranty for quality-related issues.

For 6 months after the date of purchase,we take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT. Reminder: Be sure to use your product as directed.

For non-quality returns, the buyer covers return shipping, original shipping fees, and packaging replacement costs.

2. Processing Time

After you place an order:

✔ A tracking number is emailed as soon as the shipment is dispatched
✔ High-value E-Bikes undergo additional quality control before shipping

We do NOT offer same-day shipping because E-Bikes require inspection and safe packaging.

SwiftMart ships exclusively from EU warehouses (France, Germany, Poland, Spain).

5. Delivery Requirements

If the carrier cannot deliver due to wrong address or unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case.

8. Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

A package may be returned to the warehouse if:

• The address is incorrect

• The customer is unavailable

• The phone number is not reachable

• Delivery attempts fail

• The customer refuses delivery

If the item returns to us, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
