RETURN & REFUND POLICY – SwiftMart E-Bikes

1. Introduction

At SwiftMart™, customer satisfaction and product quality are our highest priorities.
We sell premium E-Bikes, Batteries, and Electric Mobility Equipment, and each product undergoes strict quality control before being shipped.

This Return & Refund Policy has been prepared in accordance with:

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)

  • French Consumer Code (Code de la Consommation)

  • Shopify Merchant Guidelines

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Because our products are high-value, technical and custom-assembled E-mobility items, a return can only be accepted under the following conditions:

✔ Product arrived damaged, faulty, or not as described

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).

✔ Wrong item delivered

If you receive a different model or specification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

❌ We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind / customer remorse

  • Incorrect size, color, or model selected by the customer

  • The product has been used, ridden outdoors, or shows signs of wear

  • Batteries that have been charged or installed

  • Customized or special-order E-Bikes

  • Products without original packaging and complete accessories


3. Inspection & Verification

After receiving your return request, our quality team will:

  1. Review your photos/videos

  2. Verify the defect or issue

  3. Approve the return if it meets policy conditions

  4. Provide a prepaid shipping label (for approved cases only)

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

✔ If we made a mistake

SwiftMart covers 100% of the return shipping cost.

✔ If the product arrives damaged or faulty

SwiftMart covers 100% of the return shipping cost.

❌ If the customer selected the wrong item

Return shipping costs are not covered and returns may be refused depending on product condition.


5. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

Please note:
If the item is returned damaged, used, or missing parts, SwiftMart reserves the right to
deduct up to 30% restocking fee according to EU return guidelines for high-value electronics.


6. Warranty Claims

All E-Bikes and Batteries include:

12-month Limited Warranty

Covers:

  • Motor defects

  • Battery failure (manufacturer fault)

  • Controller issues

  • Structural frame defects

Does NOT cover:

  • Wear and tear

  • Water damage

  • Improper usage

  • Unauthorized repairs

  • Accidental damage

Warranty claims are processed through photos/video verification.


7. Return Procedure

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@proswiftmart.com

  2. Include order number, product name, and issue description

  3. Attach clear photos/videos of the problem

  4. Wait for our Quality Team to approve your claim

  5. Ship the product using the provided return label (if approved)

Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.
