SHIPPING POLICY – SwiftMart™

1. Introduction

At SwiftMart™, we are committed to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery for all E-Bikes, Batteries, and Electric Mobility products.

All shipments comply with:

  • EU Transport Standards

  • UN38.3 Battery Shipping Requirements

  • France & EU Shipping Regulations

Our delivery partners include:
DPD, GLS, Chronopost, UPS, DHL, Colissimo
(Depending on warehouse location).


2. Processing Time

After you place an order:

✔ Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
✔ A tracking number is emailed as soon as the shipment is dispatched
✔ High-value E-Bikes undergo additional quality control before shipping

We do NOT offer same-day shipping because E-Bikes require inspection and safe packaging.


3. Shipping Time (EU Delivery)

SwiftMart ships exclusively from EU warehouses (France, Germany, Poland, Spain).

Estimated delivery times:

5–9 business days within the EU

🔋 E-Bike Batteries:

4–7 business days

🧰 Accessories:**

3–6 business days

⛔ No customs fees
⛔ No import taxes
⛔ No extra charges

All products are shipped inside the EU, so your order will not go through customs.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on:

✔ Delivery country
✔ Product weight
✔ Product size

Most E-Bikes include Free EU Shipping unless otherwise stated.


5. Delivery Requirements

Because our products are high value, you agree to:

✔ Provide a complete and correct shipping address
✔ Be available for delivery
✔ Answer the carrier if signature confirmation is required

If the carrier cannot deliver due to wrong address or unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.


6. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive:

📧 A shipping confirmation email
🔗 A tracking link
🚚 Real-time updates from the carrier

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, we require:

  • Photos/videos of the packaging

  • Photos/videos of the product

  • Your order number

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case.


8. Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

A package may be returned to the warehouse if:

  • The address is incorrect

  • The customer is unavailable

  • The phone number is not reachable

  • Delivery attempts fail

  • The customer refuses delivery

If the item returns to us, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.


9. Shipping for Warranty & Returns

Return shipping rules are described in our Return & Refund Policy.

✔ If the product is defective → SwiftMart covers all shipping costs
✔ If the customer changes their mind → return shipping is not covered

We do not accept returns without prior approval.
