📦 How to Track Your Order

1. Check Your Email Inbox

After your purchase, you will automatically receive:

  • Your order confirmation email

  • Your shipping confirmation email
    (This email includes your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.)

If you don’t see these emails, please check your Spam or Junk folder.


🚚 Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order is shipped, you can track it using one of the following carriers:

For EU & France Deliveries

  • Colissimo / La Poste

  • Chronopost

  • DPD / GLS / UPS

  • FedEx (for large E-Bike shipments)

Simply enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email on the carrier’s tracking page.


⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

  • France: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • E-Bikes & Heavy Items: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)

These estimates may vary based on stock availability, carrier delays, or public holidays.


❗ Didn’t Receive a Tracking Number?

No worries — this can happen if:

  • Your order is still being prepared

  • The carrier hasn’t scanned the package yet

If 48 hours have passed after ordering and you still don’t have your tracking number, please contact us:

📬 Order Not Moving or Stuck?

Tracking updates sometimes take time depending on the carrier.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 72 hours, please contact us and we will investigate your shipment for you.
